About the Role:
We are seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the global HR strategy for a rapidly growing international organisation. This role is central to shaping the company’s people strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives on a global scale.
The CHRO will oversee multiple HR functions, including talent acquisition, leadership development, compensation & benefits, organisational development, and global HR compliance. This role requires a highly strategic, people-driven leader who can scale HR functions across diverse geographical regions while maintaining cultural adaptability and alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Global HR Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute a long-term HR strategy that aligns with business goals. Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive people-related initiatives that enhance employee experience and business performance.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Develop and lead international talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive global landscape. Ensure workforce planning is aligned with business growth and future talent needs.
Leadership Development & Succession Planning: Establish programs to identify and develop high-potential employees. Implement leadership pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of talent for key positions across different regions.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Design and execute DEI initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace and ensure compliance with global regulations and best practices.
Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the development of competitive and equitable compensation structures across different countries. Ensure that benefits and incentives are aligned with market trends and company objectives.
HR Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to employment laws, labour regulations, and HR policies across all operational regions. Partner with legal teams to manage risk and navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
Change Management & Organisational Development: Lead transformation initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring efforts. Ensure smooth transitions and change management strategies that support organisational agility.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years in senior HR leadership roles, with at least 5–7 years at a global level. Experience in multinational corporations or highly regulated industries is an advantage.
Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills. Ability to drive large-scale HR transformation while ensuring operational excellence.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of global HR practices, employment law, and workforce trends. Familiarity with HR technology and data-driven HR decision-making.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages relevant to international operations are a plus.
