For the following purpose(s)
Recruitment Database – Candidatdatabank by 4selection will process (collect, use, search, compile, disclose and retain) your non-confidential and confidential personal data for the following purposes: storing in the candidate database/candidatedatabank.
Registration in our general candidate database to assess your eligibility in regards to vacant positions and potentially contacting you with a view to participating in a recruitment process for a customer in any of the Humanius Group Companies.
The candidate database is accessible by both Candidatdatabank by 4selection A/S, The Humanius Group and the Humanius Group Companies. It is only selected HR employees and selected and relevant senior management who have access.
In all cases, we will only disclose confidential personal data to a potential employer upon your consent.
Period of 2 year
We will store your personal data in the candidate database for a period of 2 years from the time of informing you about us holding your data.
The law defines you can pull back your consent If you wish us to delete your personal data sooner than this storage period, please contact us by email at https://4selection.com/privacy-policy/
After we will only store your first name, last name, email, and the day we deleted your material, this for the record.
All data is kept on special servers that do not have a direct connection to the internet. The data is transferred times Daily and deleted on the receiving computer.
Laptops are stored in safe overnight and only the owner have the access to the laptop.
Eventually, printed data is stored in special safes, and only the researcher and the advisor have the access to the data. All employees have signed special confidentiality agreements. Our safety setup is following even the strongest defined demands for holding confidential and top-secret information.
To secure the references only the person doing the references dialogues know the words and will make a concluded references report. We also protect the referneces.
A candidate or anyone else can call our advisors and ask for a status. In his case we will ask some questions only the applicant know the answers to, to be sure we speak with the right person, we also send an email with a code, the candidate has to mention when we have the talk on the phone.
The candidate is obliged to tell the truth, possible concealment or lie, untruth information will be passed on to our client and may mean a termination of a cooperation/employment relationship.
If untruth information is discovered in the recruitment process, the candidate will be removed from the process and will receive a rejection of the position applied for.
It is especially in these areas that we experience inaccuracies:
- Work periods in a company;
- Position, responsibilities and reference conditions;
- Periods of education;
- Documentation of completed education;
- Forget competition, customer clauses, confidentiality agreements;
- Why one resigned a position and the reason was for this.
