About the Role:
We are currently hiring Boeing 737 Pilots for an airline operating regional and short-haul flights within Europe. This role is ideal for experienced pilots with 5,000+ total flight hours, strong operational expertise in Boeing 737 aircraft, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
The position requires pilots with strong situational awareness, technical proficiency, and effective decision-making skills to operate in high-frequency, short-haul flight environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Boeing 737 aircraft (737 NG/MAX) on regional and short-haul flights in compliance with EASA/ICAO/FAA regulations.
Conduct pre-flight planning and briefings, evaluating weather conditions, fuel requirements, and airport procedures.
Ensure clear communication with air traffic control (ATC) and airline dispatch teams to ensure flight efficiency and passenger safety.
Monitor aircraft performance, flight systems, and in-flight adjustments to maintain optimal operations.
Work closely with First Officers and flight crew, ensuring proper Crew Resource Management (CRM) practices.
Adhere to airline standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements for short-haul operations.
Minimum Requirements:
Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence) recognised by EASA, FAA, or ICAO.
Minimum 5,000 total flight hours, including 2,500+ hours on Boeing 737 aircraft (737 NG/MAX).
Current Boeing 737 type rating.
Strong understanding of short-haul and regional operations, including European airspace and airport procedures.
Fluency in English (ICAO Level 5 or higher); additional European languages are a plus.
